Overview
The sunroom addition by A&Z General Contractor to Paul Thankumalha's Philadelphia residence was carefully constructed to provide a year-round, comfortable living space that harmonizes with the existing architecture. Insulated pinewood walls and energy-efficient windows were key to creating a space that stays warm in winter and cool in summer. We also included custom-built shelving and seating to maximize the sunroom's functionality.
